Client:

- 46 year old woman with a mobility impairing stroke since Aug. 2015
- transfer assistance required (1-person assist for stand-and-pivot)
- Ongoing rehab
- Home located in North Vancouver

Job Duties:

- Direct Care: general daily assistance - is fairly independent, meal preparation & medications
- Driving client to/from appointments and daily activities (vehicle provided)
- Basic physio and exercise with client
- General conversation/interaction
- Light housekeeping/laundry/cooking
- Work hours: flexible/negotiable

Looking for someone:

- Patient, engaging, energetic and pro-active who would be a good fit with a very bright but physically impaired 46 year old woman
- With a flexible schedule
- Must have a driver’s license (own vehicle for commute preferred but not required during work hours)
- All training will be provided

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Vancouver, BC V7H 1V8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver’s License (preferred)
