Accounting Bookkeeper

Duties will include but not be limited to;
**Accounts Recievable**
Creating invoices in the accounting software
Sending invoices to clients
Following up on payments
Recieving payments

**Accounts Payable**
Entering invoices into the accounting software
Checking statements
Paying suppliers via cheque or credit

**Payroll**
Entering hours of each employee
Entering and processing electronic fund transfers

**Other Duites**
Payroll Remitance
HST Payments
Answering the phone and directing calls
Working with spreadsheets on google sheets and Microsoft
Using Sage Accounting Software

Full time, perminent with benefits and RSP
Sallary to be negotiated
Require 5 years experience in accounting practices

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodstock, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (preferred)
