Training Records Administrator

The Training Records Administrator is primarily responsible for the tracking and maintenance of all company employee training records.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain the training tracking program
- Ensure accurate records of completed and outstanding training
- Point of contact for the training tracking program - assist in upgrades and provide suggestions for program improvement
- Update and maintain electronic and paper-training files
- Maintain copies of all training modules and track their updates
- Provide weekly training reports to Directors and Managers
- Perform month end reviews of training records
- Assist employees and managers with questions regarding training modules
- Provide training information as required
- Various other training projects as required
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education/Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate, diploma or degree in a Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is an asset
- 1-3 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of related post-secondary education and experience
- Previous airline experience is an asset

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices
- Superior interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail in all areas of work
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; Repetitively
- Manual dexterity
- Travel may be required
- Weekend and evening work may be required
