**Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Complete thorough estimates for sprinkler projects, tenders and services based on drawings and specifications
- Prepare proposals for tendered projects
- Receive and pick drawings
- Quoting and listing drawigns
- Follow up to secure approvals and purchase order detail
- Project management for secured projects
- Communication with engineers, general contractors, customers, staff

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one (1) year experience in Sprinkler Estimating
- Completion of Fire Protection Engineering education an asset
- Knowledge on fire protection equipment & materials (Sprinkler Industry) is an asset.
- Strong command of English language, both written and verbal
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Blue Beam and Quickbooks.
- Familiar with current NFPA and Ontario Fire Code requirements is an asset
- Valid Ontario driver's license with clean driving record
- Motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and to work independently as well as a member of a team.
- Willing to work extended hours to ensure quota completion
- Ability to plan for/ meet deadlines
- Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints

Location: In person

**Salary**: $20.00-$42.23 per hour
