**Product Coordinator - hard lines**

You have great project management skills, have the ability to manage multiple tasks with cross functional teams under tight deadlines, outstanding time management skills. You have excellent computer skills specifically Excel and are organized and energetic. Your strong organizational skills and your ability to work under tight deadlines with changing priorities will enable you to provide solid administrative support to the Sr. Marketing Manager. Your communication skills will enable you to maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams; Product Development, Marketing, Graphics, Sales, China Sourcing Office, Warehouse, Customer Service and other key areas of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain new and existing products through the Thermor product management data base systems for various products and BIOS brands.
- Creation and maintenance of product specifications; UPC and Model #’s, Purchase Orders, Bill of Materials, Vendor Contracts, ISO/Medical Certificates, Master Product Data Base and Graphic Design requests through the company systems.
- Ownership and organization of multiple product information submissions; follow up, organize, record/system input, and communicate to various teams.
- Follow up and updating of internal project / product status reports
- Product sample logs
- Graphic / Packaging Design submissions and requests
- Sales / Product Knowledge creations & submissions
- Data entry maintenance and special projects
- Assists and performs other administrative duties as assigned

**Product Administration**
- Maintain new and existing items on our Dealer site
- Assists in the creation and review of marketing materials, eg. product sheets, sell sheets, order forms, product packaging, copy writing and proofing
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of the Bios Living brand planograms

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary diploma or degree.
- Up to - 2 years’ experience in related work.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Canva.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear communications (verbal and written).
- Curiosity to learn, resourceful, motivated to find solutions and think creatively.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with exceptional planning and organizational skills and ability to multi-task, manage priorities and deadlines with superior follow-through.
- Will need to learn internal computer systems and programs.
