**Do You Have What It Takes? Here’s What the Role Entails**:
Production Oversight:

- Manage multiple crews of painters, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishes

Supply Chain Management:

- Order and stock painting supplies, ensuring crews have the necessary tools for seamless project execution
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supplies to maintain adequate stock

Client Communication:

- Communicate scheduling and progress updates with clients, providing a transparent and positive experience
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction

Project Coordination
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Collaborate with the painting team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

Required Qualifications:

- Full-time access to a vehicle during the summer season
- Valid driver's license
- Student, or recent grad capable of taking on 40+ hour workweeks throughout the summer season
- Coachable and willing to learn
- High school diploma

**Salary**: Commission + Bonus - From $4,000 - $6,000/month
