Reporting to the Superintendent of Administrative Services and Project Control, the incumbent will be responsible for analyzing maintenance program recommendations and will update proactive maintenance programs, identify spare parts and address obsolescence. The incumbent will provide technical support to the various parties involved when necessary. These interventions are always aimed at promoting employees’ health and safety, reducing costs and maximizing operating hours.
- As a member of the organization, the incumbent will participate in continuous and sustainable improvement and make sure decisions and actions are in line with the corporate business objectives.**Profile Required**

The incumbent shall hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering or other relevant qualification, with the professional title of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, or hold a DCS in mechanical engineering or industrial maintenance or a DVS in mechanics or instrumentation combined with extensive experience in a similar position. The incumbent shall have relevant industrial experience, in both operations and maintenance.**The following soft skills are essential**:
