**CNC Machinist**

**Position Responsibilities**
- Interpret provided drawings and instructions to evaluate appropriate tooling and setups to achieve desired tolerances and quality of finished parts
- Set up, program and operate applicable machinery to produce required parts from start to finish
- Report required machine maintenance and repairs and perform preventative maintenance when necessary
- Maintain traceability of parts and materials in accordance with our ISO program
- Keep your work area neat and organized
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures related to the position
- Adapt to constantly evolving processes and job priorities
- Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
- Ability to lift parts up to 50lbs

**Skills, Qualifications and Education**
- Journeyman Machinist Certification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in set up, programming and operation of CNC Mills
- Prior experience with HAAS and Fanuc controllers
- Prior experience with Mastercam
- Advanced knowledge of machine tools and use/calibration of precision measuring equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve
- Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and understand both verbal and written instructions

**Shift Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00pm

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
