- Looking for a new and exciting job opportunity? We are looking for a Project Scheduler to join our Sustainable Innovation team**What You Will Do**:

- You will be reporting to the Manager - PMO, and you will be responsible for providing project management support by establishing, monitoring and updating multiple project schedules, and assisting with planning activities.
- You will participate in the implementation, as well as the ongoing business improvement of the project management system for Sustainable Innovation projects.
- You will collaborate with the Manager - PMO to ensure the integration of PMO tools and systems, as related to planning and scheduling.
- You will be responsible to implement scheduling aspects of a coordinated project control system by using a defined Work Breakdown Structure and Organization Breakdown Structure in the Sustainable Innovation scheduling and cost control systems.
- You will be responsible to baseline the program and project plans to identify, develop, and implement benchmarking data, for the measurement and analysis of variances and root causes.
- You will develop and maintain the Master Project Schedule; planning, coordinating, and monitoring scheduling activities (both performance to date and planned schedule activities).
- You will implement project interface management through schedule updates and reporting.
- You will communicate with project management team and other staff, to ensure adherence to planning and scheduling policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- You will provide the Time Impact Analysis services for assigned projects.
- Implementing changes to project schedules through effective change management.
- You will support linkage between schedule and cost to facilitate budgeting for assigned projects.
- You will participate in the risk management process for assigned projects.

**What Qualifications Do You Bring**:

- Your education will consist of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related technical or business discipline (e.g. engineering, project management), and progressive experience in planning and scheduling and/or project management; or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.
- Additionally, a Certified Scheduling Technician (CST) with the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE) is considered as a definite asset.
