As they continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Payroll Manager to join their dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the entire payroll process, including preparation, processing, and distribution of payroll for employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Maintain accurate records of employee earnings, deductions, and other payroll-related information
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Process and administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other deductions
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and finance departments
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on payroll-related matters

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the healthcare or science industry
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
