**Travel and Administrative Planner**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate travel logistics by communicating with our Project Managers or Directors on travel details
- Networking and sourcing for venues, catering options, and gifts
- Coordinate with the administrative team to stay current on project-related news
- Venue booking and management
- Coordinating Offsite & Onsite events/meetings
- Packing for travel
- Ordering personalized “swag” for project initiatives such as keychains, candles, mugs, etc.
- Printing of newsletters and reports and maps for trips to communities, confirming requirements with the project management team.
- Taking on non-administrative duties as needed
- Assisting with managing Narratives “swag”
- Sending in our team’s travel related expenses and receipts to our accountant
- Working with the entire administrative team to organize and clean the kitchen daily
- Available for after hours coverage as needed

**Qualifications**
- 2 years previous experience in a logistics, and/or administrative role
- Experience with logistics planning in non-urban and remote settings considered an asset
- Proficient and knowledgeable in computer software programs, specifically MS Word and Excel
- Ability to readily adapt to new software for task management and delegation
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Technological competence: experience working with office equipment
- Ability to adapt to and manage a constantly changing, dynamic workflow with proficiency and calm
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence
- Ability to work independently while still being part of a team
- Must have a drivers license
- Positive and willing attitude

**Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000**
