This is a Technical Project Manager Position managing TCU projects from design creation through to completion.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of experience delivering products or software release management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Process - Agile methodology and Software Development Process experience
- Tooling - JIRA Cloud/Align, GitHub and TestRail experience

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

- Personal Management - Excellent leadership and management skills
- Proven organization skills - Ability to track several programs and releases at once
- Communication skills - Proven written communication skills to deliver regular program reports and excellent verbal communication to effectively talk to team members and monitor program status
- Multitasking - must have the ability to work on many tasks at once
- Time Management - must have the ability to work within firm deadlines
- Problem Solving Skills - ability to isolate and solve problems with programs to keep progress on track

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage development and delivery of TCU software (using JIRA Cloud/Align dashboards and the agile methodology)
- Facilitate TCU software technical design reviews and understand dependencies on other software teams
- Track technical issues until resolution, integration, and testing
- Manage issues of 3 rd party SW suppliers as applicable
- Report program progress to upper management
- Work with other ECU stake holders, and deliver TCU software to Ford’s internal (such as vehicle programs) and external (such as Build-to-Print manufacturers) customers
