En qualité de conseiller en sécurité financière exclusif de Co-operators, vous êtes un dirigeant faisant preuve d’esprit d’entreprise. Vous êtes un bâtisseur d’entreprise performant qui gère son propre cabinet d’assurance avec le soutien d’une entreprise établie. À titre de conseiller en sécurité financière indépendant de Co-operators, vous établissez des liens solides et apparents avec les membres de la collectivité et entretenez des relations durables avec vos clients. À l’aide de nos technologies, outils et processus exclusifs, vous aidez les clients à évaluer, à définir et à mettre en œuvre des solutions en vue de répondre à leurs besoins en sécurité financière.
**Vos responsabilités**:
- Prospecter de nouveaux clients afin de discuter franchement de la gestion des risques et des objectifs financiers et effectuer des révisions de dossiers avec les clients actuels pour leur permettre de prendre des décisions judicieuses.
- Entretenir des liens solides au sein de la collectivité pour accroître la visibilité du cabinet et maximiser les occasions d’affaires nouvelles afin de contribuer aux objectifs de vente et de croissance.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les plans opérationnels ainsi que les plans d’affaires et de marketing et soutenir les stratégies de développement durable en vue de renforcer la résilience des collectivités canadiennes.
- S’assurer de la validité des permis requis, du respect des comportements éthiques et des politiques de l’entreprise, des normes du secteur et de la législation.
**À quoi devez-vous vous attendre**:
- Vous êtes régulièrement appelé à vous déplacer pour rencontrer des clients ou des membres de la collectivité dans leur milieu de vie ou de travail.
- Vous devez avoir votre propre véhicule, un permis de conduire valide et une assurance en vigueur.
- Vous devez parfois témoigner votre soutien à des clients qui vivent une perte financière ou personnelle. Un haut degré de confidentialité et de discrétion est requis.
- Malgré les obstacles, vous ne renoncez pas à atteindre vos objectifs avec détermination et optimisme et vous affectez le temps et les ressources nécessaires de manière à gérer efficacement le portefeuille de vente.
- Vous élaborez des plans efficaces visant à augmenter la pénétration du marché et faites preuve d’esprit novateur pour améliorer les efficacités opérationnelles du point de vue du client.
- Vous possédez de solides compétences en communication pour influencer ou persuader les autres à adopter un plan d’action précis et vous contribuez efficacement à trouver des solutions mutuellement avantageuses.
- Vous facilitez le changement et créez une culture axée sur la performance en veillant à ce que le travail de votre équipe concorde avec les objectifs organisationnels.
- Vous faites preuve d’esprit critique afin d’orienter la prise de décision ainsi que d’esprit stratégique pour ajuster les plans opérationnels en fonction des priorités en évolution.
**Pour joindre notre équipe**:
- Vous possédez trois à cinq ans d’expérience en gestion dans le secteur de l’assurance ou autre expérience professionnelle connexe.
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’études postsecondaires dans un domaine connexe.
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un permis en assurance vie ou en assurance de dommages; permis en épargne collective, un atout.
- Vous possédez au moins l’un des titres suivants ou êtes en voie de l’obtenir : planificateur financier agréé, assureur-vie agréé ou conseiller financier agréé.
