We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented, and hard-working Construction Administrator at our Head Office located in

Pickering. You will be part of the High-Rise Construction team, reporting to the Executive Vice President of High-Rise Construction, and you will be responsible for assisting in all administrative aspects.

- **Position Responsibilities**_
- Keeping the department and executive’s calendar up to date, including the coordination of meetings, events, scheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings
- Organize and prepare for meetings
- Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, and clients
- Keeping important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- **Scheduling**_
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- **Required Skills and Experience**_
- High school degree: additional certification in Business Administration or Office Management is an asset
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment (e.g., Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise using
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
