**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
- Serve food and drinks to customers efficiently while ensuring accuracy in orders.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special requests from guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and service.
- Assist with training new staff members as needed to uphold service standards.
**Skills**
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently for order processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
