Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable including processing invoices, reconciling accounts and monitoring the aged trial balance,
- Handle EFT payments/online banking of US and Canadian Bank accounts,
- Handle petty cash processing,
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Maintain inventory of office supplies during year end inventories,
- Assist with any other projects or tasks as assigned,

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- QuickBooks Enterprise experience is Highly Preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and general office tasks,
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
