Go Powersports Limited is growing and is searching for a motivated and personable service consultant for their new **Collingwood Corner **location

As a **SERVICE CONSULTANT **for Go Powersports Limited, you will be responsible for managing the service & maintenance of new & used customer units, while delivering superior customer service

**Service Consultant Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide world-class customer service for in-store and telephone/online inquiries,
- You will assist customers in determining their present repair or maintenance needs, documenting relevant customer vehicle data,
- Provide education to customers regarding the vehicle parts and the benefits of standard maintenance needs & schedules,
- Book and manage service appointments in all aspects of customer care;
- Schedule appointments for maintenance services, warranty work and repairs,
- Complete appointment reminders to ensure Service schedule is complete,
- Complete Service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent knowledge to customers regarding parts and service
- Use Product knowledge to look up parts/ deal with manufacturers.
- Placing manufacturer orders
- Place orders for customers, stock, work orders
- Work with Service Technicians and ensure their parts needs are being met,
- Collect & post payments (debit, credit card, cash & EFT), and complete daily cash reports
- Follow, maintain and complete service standards and training standards,
- Work on special projects and contribute to team effort.

**Requirements**:

- You have excellent communication skills and can actively listen to our customers to ensure their needs are understood and are being met
- You are a people person and thrive working with customer, team members, and different departments.
- As a team-player, you contribute towards an amicable and fun team atmosphere
- As a quick learner, you are eager to absorb product information, complete training and adapt to a rapidly changing market
- Experience in the Powersports Industry or being a Powersports Enthusiast is an asset
- Previous experience as a service technician, service advisor, or parts consultant is an asset.
- You have a valid driver’s license and are willing to provide a Driver’s Abstract

Go Powersports Limited is a perennial top-ten BRP dealer in Canada and has four times been recognised as BRP’s district dealer of the year. In 2021 we were BRP’s National Off-Road Dealer of the Year for Canada.

We are the only authorized dealer in Western Nova Scotia for BRP and CFMoto. We sell CanAm off-road & on-road vehicles, SkiDoo snowmobiles and SeaDoo personal water craft and pontoon boats. We also sell and service Manitou and Alumacraft boats, Mercury outboard engines, and Sealver wave boats. We are Nova Scotia’s only Piaggio and Vespa scooter dealers.

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per year
