**Principle Responsibilities**:
**SFDC/PSA Operations**
- Process new user license requests for CRM and PSA. Assist new and existing users as required to resolve any system related issues by working with global IT Support team.
- Provide training and guidance to new users on PSA operations and activities
- Create projects and submit budgets in our PSA module (Professional Services Automation)
- Adjust projects as required (at project close, extending end dates, etc.)
- Assign resources to projects

**General Administration and Billing**
- Ensure receipt and completeness of client documentation to ensure timely billing (signed contract, PO, pricing approvals, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy of information in Salesforce CRM
- Other tasks and special projects of an administrative nature as required

**Minimum Experience & Specialized Knowledge Required**:

- 2-5 years of experience working in a Sales, Operations, Accounting or Contract Administration environment
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software an asset
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator, quick learner
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work within tight deadlines

**Principales responsabilités**:
**Opérations SFDC/PSA**
- Traiter les nouvelles demandes de licence d'utilisateur pour CRM et PSA. Aider les utilisateurs, nouveaux et existants, selon les besoins afin de résoudre tous problèmes liés au système, en collaboration avec l'équipe de support informatique mondiale
- Fournir de la formation et des conseils aux nouveaux utilisateurs sur les opérations et activités PSA
- Créer des projets et soumettre des budgets dans le module PSA (Professional Services Automation)
- Ajuster les projets au besoin (à la fin du projet, prolonger les dates de fin, etc.)
- Affecter des ressources aux projets

**Administration générale et facturation**
- S’assurer de la réception et de la complétion de la documentation du client afin de garantir une facturation en temps opportun (contrat signé, bon de commande, approbation des prix, etc.)
- Assurer l’exactitude des informations dans Salesforce CRM
- Autres tâches administratives et projets spéciaux selon les besoins

**Expérience et connaissances spécialisées requises**:

- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience de travail dans un environnement de vente, d’opération, de comptabilité _ou d’administration_
- Connaissance avancée du programme Excel
- Connaissance du logiciel Salesforce ou un autre logiciel CRM un atout
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et grande attention aux détails
- Capacité de bien travailler tant en équipe que de façon autonome
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles, bonne communication et capacité d’apprentissage rapide
- Capacité de prioriser les tâches et travailler dans des délais serrés
