**Job Description**:
As a Dental Equipment Sales and Marketing Specialist at Hatch Group, you will play a

crucial role in promoting our dental equipment and building strong relationships with

dental professionals. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base and

contributing to the growth of the company. This position offers an exciting opportunity to

work in the dynamic field of dental technology and make a significant impact on the

success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships

with dental professionals, dental clinics, and key decision-makers.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Hatch Group's dental equipment

and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales

targets and revenue goals.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to

showcase the features and benefits of our dental equipment.

Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting,

networking, and attending industry events.

Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to

potential clients.

Market Research: Stay informed about market conditions, competitor products, and

customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a seamless customer

experience.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer

satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare sales reports, and

contribute to sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, preferably in the dental equipment

or healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial - ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- Valid G driver’s license is required.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
