**Position Summary**:

- The position is directly accountable for the successful management of several smaller to medium projects and for providing project management support as a member of the IMIT Project Management Office. The Project Coordinator is also responsible for facilitating and consolidating project and product requirements to support project initiation.**Shift Rotation/Hours of work**: Monday to Friday, Days, 08:00 to 16:00**Prince George** has a population of 89,490 (2021) local residents and is a service centre for approximately 320,000. Prince George has all the amenities of a larger city mixed with the charm and friendliness of a smaller town. **Qualifications**:

- Graduation from a recognized degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Communications plus;
- Three (3) years recent related experience;
- Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to show strong initiative.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and adapt to changing environments and timelines.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
- Proficient with MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and able to create project workplans
