**SHIFTS TYPICALLY START BETWEEN 2am AND 4am. YOU WILL NEED YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION AS THE BUS DOES NOT RUN AT THESE TIMES**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Leading a team every morning through production, prep and cleaning
- Ordering Ingredients and supplies
- Prepare ingredients following the recipe and production sheets
- Measure and mix ingredients in large commercial mixers
- Roll dough by hand, and using a dough sheeter
- Add filling, Shape & hold dough
- Bake in commercial ovens
- Other prep duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 years experience as a Baker using commercial mixers and ovens etc.
- Experience in a leadership role
- Hard-working and high energy is a must
- Able to lift 50lbs, and physically fit
- Responsible and be dependable to show up for all shifts
- Positive attitude and able to take direction well
- Self-motivated and can work independently but in a team as well
- Understand work efficiency well and thrive to improve the productivity
- Passionate to produce high quality products consistently
- Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays
- Attentive to detail and understands the importance of a clean, organized kitchen
- Punctual & reliable to show up all scheduled shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
