Primary Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations using statistical techniques and data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives and develop analytical solutions that address their specific needs.
- Design and create visually appealing and interactive data visualizations, charts, graphs, and dashboards using industry-standard tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher).
- Analyze and interpret data to extract meaningful insights and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals, to ensure efficient data integration and accessibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization and recommend innovative approaches to enhance data visualization techniques.

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM systems, including the data model, data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Fusion Fast Formulas, Workflows, HDL, HSDL, and data extracts.
- Strong knowledge in at least one of the following Fusion technologies is preferred: OIC, ADF, BPEL, ODI, SOA, and FBDi.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, AWS IoT SiteWise).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and compelling visualizations.
- Experience in dashboard development, interactive visualization techniques, and user interface design principles.
