Landscape Crew Members/leads

We are looking for **Crew Leads & Crew Members** for several divisions - Residential & Commercial Mowing, Landscape Build Projects, Landscape Maintenance and Spray Technicians.

**Job Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation of job sites before the beginning of a project;
- Hardscape/softscape installation and maintenance
- Mowing and operating various small engine equipment
- Trimming along edges and obstacles on the property
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting daily inspections, lubricating, and cleaning;
- Cleaning lawn, walkways etc of grass clippings with leaf blower
- Pruning shrubs and trees as needed and clearing debris
- Clean sites and watch with spectacular care for trash, limbs and rocks and other hazards
- Load and unload equipment in an efficient and safe manner
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required for landscape construction projects;
- Transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, carts, dollies, and hand lifting/carrying;
- Support various company projects as assigned, such as expediting large Landscape projects by carrying materials, sweeping, hosing, clean-up and other duties as required
- Participate in seasonal change jobs, such as Spring & Fall Clean Ups
- Assist in yard and shop cleaning as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Should have a valid drivers license & clean abstract, or reliable transportation

**Work Conditions**:

- Exposure to all types of weather conditions
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts
- Occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat
- Noise level of work environment may be moderate to loud
- Lift 50 pounds

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
