**I**s a multi-line agriculture and construction machinery dealership group with locations in Lloydminster, Vegreville, and North Battleford.

Our
**Lloydminster Branch's Kubota Division **is currently accepting resumes for an energetic, confident, and outgoing
**Branch Manager**. This is a permanent, full-time position.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- As a Branch Manager, you will manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the branch to meet or exceed branch operational and sales goals:

- Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch.
- Achieve asset management and market share goals.
- Manage and develop all employees in the branch with the goal of building a motivated and successful. workforce that is focused on the long-term success of the company, customers, and employees.
- Be an ambassador of the business for the community and the customers it serves.
- 5+ years’ experience in agricultural equipment sales and service sector.
- Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others.
- Knowledge of financial metrics and experience in sales, parts, and service operations.
- Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

We will give preference to individuals with previous experience in agricultural and construction equipment sales, or with a machinery sales background and enthusiasm about the agriculture and construction industry.
