**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Human Resources, the Manager of Organizational Development will have responsibilities for the overall integration, design, development, delivery and monitoring of learning, training and organizational development programs and services. The Manager of Organizational Development will facilitate front-line and leadership development sessions, programs, techniques and tools to enhance individual, leadership and team performance. The Manager of Organizational Development will collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) partners to provide the administration and expertise on the system, as well as content creation.

**Qualifications**:

- QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Minimum three to five (3-5) years’ experience in Healthcare leadership role or equivalent organizational development experience is required
- Minimum three to five (3-5) years’ experience designing, developing and facilitating live classroom workshops and web-based instruction with remote and cross-functional audiences is required
- Highly developed understanding of methodologies and approaches for: learning assessment and analysis of learning needs, leadership development, change management
- Thorough knowledge of learning and organizational development best practices, instructional design and development, program management and evaluation
- Highly proficient computer skills with experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technology is required. Experience working with Cornerstone would be considered an asset
- Creation and maintenance of the Job Description library in collaboration with Leadership
- Certification and experience in providing Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Training would be considered an asset

- Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Adult Education, Healthcare Management or related discipline -** Required**
