**Job Details**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing security solutions.
- Monitor client servers, workstations and resolve alerts when needed.
- Conduct regular evaluations of vulnerabilities, analyze security risks, and proactively implement measures to mitigate potential threats.
- Installing and managing monitoring agents, security solutions/tools.
- Respond to security incidents, conducting thorough investigations and providing actionable recommendations for resolution.
- Assist in developing and maintaining security protocols, procedures, and guidelines, aligned with industry best practices.
- Remain current with the latest developments in cybersecurity, incorporating new insights to fortify our security posture.
- Contribute to the creation of security awareness programs to foster a culture of vigilant cybersecurity practices.
- Engage in audit activities and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Developing scripts and automated processes.
- Manage client backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Maintaining internal documentation.
- Vendor certification training as required.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-year post-secondary diploma in Computer Technology/Security, or equivalent work experience.
- Possess relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+.
- Demonstrate a minimum 5 years experience.
- A sound understanding of security best practices, vulnerability assessments.
- Showcase a robust grasp of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and emerging threats.
- Exhibit adeptness in network administration, encompassing the configuration of routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of windows desktop and server platforms, Azure AD, Azure, Scale HC3, Meraki, FortiGate.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling sound decisions even under pressure.
- Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal, facilitating the conveyance of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with ConnectWise Automate is an asset.
- Valid driver’s G license with access to reliable vehicle.
- Up to date certifications for Microsoft cloud solutions, Azure is an asset.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
