**Mission**:
Le/La vice-président(e) marketing aura comme mandat principal la gestion de l’ensemble des initiatives marketing de l’entreprise, notamment : la mise en marché des produits, le matériel promotionnel, les réseaux sociaux, le marketing digital et d’influence et les événements.

**En tant que vice-président(e) marketing, vos tâches quotidiennes consisteront à**:

- Diriger, gérer, encadrer et responsabiliser une équipe de marketing;
- Diriger le plan et l'équipe de marketing, de la vision à l'exécution, en combinant des approches stratégiques;
- Définir et atteindre les objectifs et les cibles du marketing qui contribuent aux objectifs clés de l'entreprise;
- Collaborer avec les principaux intervenants internes;
- Planification, lancement et suivi des campagnes de marketing;
- Planifier et gérer les activités de communication (communiqués de presse, annonces de l'entreprise, publications Instagram, Facebook et site web, l'infolettre, description des produits, etc.);
- Responsable de gérer les divers évènements, d’évaluer les demandes de commandites et de les coordonner;
- Sélectionner et gérer les agences externes;
- Analyser le marché pour en déceler les opportunités (études marketing quantitatives et qualitatives);
- Tenue et suivi des budgets du département de marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en marketing ou tout autres domaines d’études pertinents (Obligatoire);
- Plus de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d’une équipe marketing (Obligatoire);
- Avoir une très bonne maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Maîtriser la suite MS Office et la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
- Très bonnes connaissances et pratiques des plateformes en ligne : Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.

**Compétences**:

- Expérience dans le domaine des cosmétiques (un atout);
- Faire preuve de créativité, curiosité, originalité et innovation;
- Fait preuve de leadership et démontrer une capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément;
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la présentation;
- Capacité à exprimer clairement ses idées et opinions et à les faire valoir;
- Esprit critique et capacité à résoudre les problèmes;
- Être capable de s’adapter à un environnement de travail exigeant et en évolution rapide;
- Facilité à travailler en équipe.

**Horaire**:

- 100% présentiel au 200, boulevard Saint-Jean-Baptiste à Mercier;
- Emploi (39h) temps plein et permanent;
- Lundi au jeudi de 8h00 à 16h30 et vendredi 8h00 à 15h30.
