Job Title: Account Manager, Commercial Banking

As a key member of our Commercial & Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of business clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in financial services, while making a meaningful impact on our clients' success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, leveraging your knowledge of financial products and services to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies, ensuring alignment with our bank's goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate and manage client agreements, ensuring compliance with risk management standards and profitability criteria.
  • Contribute to the development of business development plans, working closely with the Associate Vice-President to achieve team objectives.
Your Team:

You will be part of a dynamic team of professionals supporting commercial clients, with access to a wide range of experts and resources to help you succeed. Reporting to the Team Lead Commercial Banking, you will be based in Brossard and have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • At least 4-8 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial industry.
  • University certificate and 8 years' experience, Bachelor's degree and 6 years' experience, or Master's degree and 4 years' experience.
  • Experience in sales and business development, analysis of financial statements, and commercial credit.
