NOC Development is an integrated real estate development, investment and management firm. We focus on designing and constructing distinctive communities that help cultivate the aesthetic landscape of the neighbourhoods within which people live, work and play. We brings a fresh, innovative and vibrant energy to the rapidly changing world of residential development.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create digital content such as video, reels, social media post & blog post content on NOC Development's digital platforms as the voice of the brand.
- Develop the launch plan and content strategy for all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, print media, and NOC Development's Official Blog.
- Build Partnership with brokerages and realtors. Attend community and industry events to promote our new home communities.
- Identify, generate, and follow up with leads to close sales.
- Prepare Agreement of Purchase and Sales and guide customer through the home-buying experience
- Assist with design consultations, colour selections, understand customers’ need during décor selection
- Create and post content on NOC Development's digital platforms as the voice of the brand.
- Coordinate with media outlets, realtor associations, designers, sales, marketing agency to promote upcoming projects.
- Contribute to new project's brand strategy development by participating in brainstorming sessions
- Able to work weekends during model home open house hours.
- Able to travel to our sites in Windsor, Kingsville & Leamington regularly for client meetings and open houses.
- Provide customer service and on-going communication with clients; conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) walkthrough, coordinate service calls for purchasers
- Co-ordinate with suppliers and trades during home construction process.
- Provide after sales customer service to all home buyers, coordinate repairs for new home warranty.

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- Experience working with various digital storytelling formats (video, podcast, blogpost)
- Experience in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales
- Demonstrate great communication skills, high-energy and results driven
- Achieve and/or exceed established sales quotas on a consistent basis
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to adapt to changing work priorities
- Experience as a content creator.
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Strong understanding of best practices, trends, and innovations in real estate marketing.
- Basic graphic design for various print/digital media content
- Licensed Realtor with experience selling pre-construction homes is an asset.

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Social Media Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
- Undergraduate Degree/ College Diploma (preferred)
