Stump Grinder

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform stump grinding operations using specialized machinery and equipment.
- Assist with general labor tasks such as site cleanup, debris removal, and landscaping duties.
- Safely operate vehicles and trailers to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish daily tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided by supervisors or project managers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience towing trailers and operating towing equipment.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting and manual labor.
- Previous experience with stump grinding is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and undergo training in stump grinding operations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
