**Position Overview**:
Reporting to the COO, the Product Owner will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role within a software development environment.
- Experience with requirements and solution engineering for digital products
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in Agile teams.
- Proficiency in product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Empathetic and conflict resolution mentality
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to synthesize information and prioritize business goals, combined with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).

**Responsibilities**:

- Product roadmaps:

- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from various sources, including clients, users, and internal teams.
- Action plan creation:

- Create and maintain detailed product backlogs, ensuring clarity and prioritization of features and user stories.
- Guides the client through our product development process and manages their expectations
- Client & in-house team communication:

- Primary point of contact for the client (facilitates communication among all stakeholders and product teams with the goal to define product roadmaps and develop business cases and success metrics; updates the client on product progress (time & budget); addresses concerns)
- Shapes stakeholder requests into well-defined and ready-to-build features within the scope of the product vision
- Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements and timely delivery of high-quality features maximising the business value of the product
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
- Product briefs:

- Facilitate user testing and gather feedback to inform product iterations and enhancements.
- Requirements gathering:

- Cooperates and coordinates with the Project Manager to ensure that all client requests and priorities_ _are clear, and collaborate on user story grooming
- Ensure that products meet business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Gathers customer feedback to validate that the product works against established metrics
- Stakeholder interviews:

- Monitor and measure product performance, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Tracks scope from high-level
