Join us as a Foreman and take on a leadership role in overseeing the construction of various types of structures.

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and directing the construction team in building different types of fences, including Wood, PVC, Iron, and Chainlink, as well as Decks such as house decks, rooftop decks, pool decks, and composite decks. Additionally, you will supervise the construction of pergolas, gazebos, and sheds.

**Positions**:
Foremen fulfill crucial leadership roles throughout the Project Stages, overseeing and coordinating tasks during the digging, pouring, and building stages.

**Tasks include**:

- Leading and supervising the construction team.
- Planning and organizing daily work.
- Participate in construction of structures.
- Conducting regular inspections to maintain company standards.
- Providing guidance and training to team members.
- Handling inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.

**Foreman Responsibilities**:

- Provide exemplary leadership and guidance to the construction team.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with management, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of project progress and expenses.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in construction/carpentry, with previous leadership roles preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Working at Heights Certification (Asset).
- First Aid Certification (Asset).

Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
