**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the hardscaping team.
- Plan and execute hardscaping projects like retaining walls, and other outdoor features.
- Oversee the construction of decks and fences, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints and design plans to ensure accurate project implementation.
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment necessary for hardscaping and carpentry work. ( excavator, skid steer)
- Lead crew members, promoting skill development and team efficiency.
- Assist carpenters with various tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Assist with concrete forming and pouring
- Lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance, instruction, and support throughout the project.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that each team member understands their responsibilities and works efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations for quality and craftsmanship.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar leadership role in hardscaping, deck, and fence construction.
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and heavy equipment related to hardscaping and carpentry. (excavator, skid steer)
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools used in hardscaping and fence and deck installation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

- Construction: 2 years (required)
