Job Summary

To work within the Global Supply Chain Planning Analytics team to provide data analysis to support for generation of day to day analytics and KPIs that drive decisions and actions within the Global Supply Operations team.

Job Responsibilities
- Support regular data analysis and KPI generation;
- Provide support on projects and process improvement initiatives;
- Assist team with development of data definitions, data profiling, and data validation activities;
- Review and maintain key master data attributes;
- Assist with development and implementation of new analytics pertinent to supply chain operations;
- Assist the Global Supply Chain Planning Analytics group in evaluating data using spreadsheets and databases, and performing quantitative/qualitative analysis;
- Liaison with internal customers, support groups and leadership to gather required information and provide pertinent analysis;
- Work in a team approach environment to problem solving;
- Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes;

- Ensure personal adherence with all compliance programs including the Global Business Ethics and Compliance Program, Global Quality policies and procedures, Safety and Environment policies, and HR policies;

Job Requirements
- Education
- Higher than 2nd year in post-secondary program. Study focus on Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Analytics.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing Industries is an asset;
- Strong oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate appropriately with other employees in different positions within the company (i.e. Planners, Managers, Coordinators, etc.);
- Strong organizational skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Working knowledge of MS Office tolls, with experience in Excel and Access is essential;
- Experience in VBA and/or SAP would be an asset.
