Job Specifications:

- Excellent membership service skills with a focus on empathetic communication.
- Strong analytical ability to investigate and coordinate solutions for estate matters.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Estates Administration.
- Certification in Estates/Trust Administration preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Member Support & Estate Administration:

- Take ownership of estate files and assist members or their families upon notice.
- Meet with members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide necessary documentation.
- Prepare and manage estate, trust, and power of attorney documentation.
- Coordinate day-to-day estate and trust administration, including beneficiary communications and financial transactions.
- Facilitate RSP to RIF conversions and manage preferred shares.
- Utilize Concentra knowledge to streamline estate processing and assist with member inquiries.

Collaboration & Referral:

- Refer members to Financial Wellness Advisors as appropriate for additional financial planning needs.
- Address discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
