We have an opportunity in our Mississauga branch for a **Service Inventory Controller**. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will maintain a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity while overseeing and improving the inventory accuracy for the service department. You will work closely with the Service and Shipping/Receiving teams and other departments.

**Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Oversee project inventory
- Creating & modifying replenishments of service truck inventory
- Monitoring & following up on incoming inventory
- Responsible for inventory counts for all service trucks
- Verifying & sourcing inventory for dispatch
- Truck-to-truck transfers
- Creating part needs
- Miscellaneous stock adjustments
- Receiving of part needs/transfers
- Reviewing and processing Technician’s used parts

**Qualifications**
- Superior communication skills, both written & oral
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and build positive relationships with cross functional areas
- Highly organized with a high level of accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and a proactive approach to take tasks to completion
- Highly motivated & energetic with a positive attitude
- Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and think ahead
- Ability to handle shifting priorities in an extremely busy environment**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
