As a **Storage Call Center Agent - French Bilingual **at Mini Mall Storage, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring smooth operations at our facilities.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Handling inbound calls and inquiries, effectively closing sales opportunities.
- Acting as the primary contact for customers across various communication channels.
- Skillfully processing payments and swiftly addressing customer concerns.
- Managing leads, executing sales processes, and facilitating rental agreements to meet customer needs.
- Conducting regular unit inventory checks when necessary to ensure availability and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Conducting security audits to safeguard the facility and tenants' belongings when needed.
- Managing delinquent accounts through collection calls and overseeing auction processes as necessary.

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- High school diploma or equivalent, with preference for previous sales, customer service, or property management experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with flexibility for weekend or evening shifts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in unit inventory management, brand standards, and security protocols.
- Proficiency in effective delinquency management, including collection calls, auctions, and daily business reconciliation, while maintaining accuracy and reliability.
