**Your tasks at a glance**
- You support the Centre Director in managing the clinic (operations, finance and team) in an effort to provide high quality services.
- You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.
- You complete different reports and administrative tasks.
- You understand and assume different technical positions as needed (Clinical Assistant, Surgical Assistant, Receptionist, etc.).

- You have experience in management / supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- You stand out for your autonomy, leadership, sense of initiative and responsibility, and stress management.
- You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365; knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.
- You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- ** You are available for the following schedule**: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 11am-7pm (_shift end times may vary on surgery days_), as well as occasional Saturday/Sunday as needed.
- ** Required**: You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training _(expenses covered by Vision Group)._
