As the Controller, you will play a crucial hands-on role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the organization. You will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, implementing effective financial controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to the company’s management team. The Controller will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making and ensure financial integrity across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record day-to-day financial transactions of the business, such as invoicing, purchases, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to date financial records.
- Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting and compliance.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the CEO.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Prior experience in IT, software, professional services or Value-Added Reseller companies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial management software.
