Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Crew Management**: Lead and supervise framing crews, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- **Project Coordination**: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure framing work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure all framing work meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations.
- **Safety Compliance**: Promote and enforce a culture of safety on job sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- **Resource Management**: Manage materials, equipment, and other resources efficiently to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- **Budget Oversight**: Monitor project budgets and expenses related to framing operations, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during framing projects, working collaboratively with team members to find solutions.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential framing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Extensive knowledge of residential framing techniques, materials, and building codes.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire crews to achieve high performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, contractors, and clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools for project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
