**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer care to patients
- Assisting patients with registration or account creation
- Confidentially manage patient accounts
- Document personal information to create, update, or adjust customer accounts.
- Demonstrating good judgment when working in a team or independently
- Answer inbound calls or generate outbound calls, regarding Igenomix USA testing services, programs, and questions, including about billing and pricing.
- Always maintain a courteous and calm manner to de-escalate stressful situations
- Maintain patient satisfaction by providing accurate and thorough information in a timely manner.
- Properly document conversations set realistic follow-up expectations and deliver on every promise.
- Liaise with various departments including Sales, Logistic, and labs to meet and exceed client delivery expectations
- Follow all required guidelines regarding patient privacy and confidentiality
- Escalate issues as needed, providing specific and concise details and critical facts
- Additional duties as assigned or needed

**Education and Experience**
- Minimum of 1 year in a professional, customer-focused position.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Ability to build and maintain good communication and relationship with other internal departments
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and standard operating procedures
- Ability to be successful as part of a team and as an individual contributor with mínimal supervision
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrates organizational skills and the ability to be flexible based on the needs of the organization
- Ability to anticipate potential problems and take proactive action to avoid them
- Ensures timely follow up to satisfactorily resolve problems
- Proficient in utilizing standard computer systems (i.e., MS Word and Excel, Power Point, Adobe, Outlook)
- Possesses good English written and verbal communication skills
- Computer Literacy
- Professional work ethic, demonstrating confidentiality and respectful conduct
- Adaptability and Flexibility
- Strong time management, organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
