**TITLE**:Product Manager**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Overall program planning and execution responsibility** to deliver the short and long term product road map
- Management of cross-departmental activates and projects, often involving development and launch readiness for new product releases
- Proactively manage projects scope, schedule and risk, tracking of dependencies, status reporting, issue escalation and resolution
- **Manage communication and alignment with all project stakeholders** for projects with multiple streams of work and interdependencies
- Continual improvement, including the refinement of company methodology and processes, program and project feedback management
- Initiate, lead and communicate project assessment and lessons learned
- Coordination of design changes by supporting design reviews, ECOS and testing efforts
- Develop, document and communicate, and refine standard operating procedures for all tasks detailed in job description, meeting internal ISO and QMS requirements
- Ensure projects adhere to project methodology and comply with QMS requirements
- Maintain product development documentation and provide reporting for project deliverables.

**TECHINCAL SKILLS**:

- Experience working in a ISO9001 and ISO 13485 and cGMP environment, design documentation, risk management, verification and validation ) is required
- Knowledge of risk assessments and FMEA according to ISO 14971 is highly preferred.

**Additional skills**:

- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Proficient planning, scheduling, and organizing skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills including root-cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life-sciences/Engineering or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of sucsessful prior experience in project planning function(s) is required.
- Direct project management in the electronic manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
