**A) Aperçu du poste**

La personne qui occupe ce poste se charge de coordonner les différents médias numériques : infolettre, blog, réseaux sociaux, boutique en ligne. Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec ses collègues de travail et des collaborateurs externes.

Elle offre conseils et suggestions pour la mise en place de campagnes marketing efficaces. Cette personne a une personnalité qui allie rigueur et créativité.

**Planification et coordination**
- Participer à l’élaboration du calendrier éditorial
- Analyser et utiliser des indicateurs de performance pour proposer des stratégies marketing efficaces
- Structurer les plans de communication mensuels à partir du calendrier éditorial
- Coordonner les activités à réaliser par les collaborateurs externes et internes pour l’atteinte des objectifs marketing
- Collecter du contenu visuel, vidéo et textuel pertinent pour les publications planifiées
- Valider la mise en place des promotions et du contenu avant publication
- Faire les suivis et veiller au respect des échéanciers
- Rédiger et présenter des bilans saisonniers ou des bilans de campagnes promotionnels

**Site web, blog et infolettre**
- Modifier le contenu de la page d’accueil du site web pour l’adapter aux thématiques du moment
- Mettre en page et diffuser les articles de blog
- Monter les infolettres selon les thématiques du moment (3 à 4 infolettres par mois)
- Planifier les envois
- Faire le suivi des indicateurs relatifs à l’infolettre

**Réseaux sociaux (FB, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn)**
- Faire la programmation des publications et stories selon le calendrier de communication mensuel
- Programmer les publications et les publicités payantes dans le Meta Business
- Structurer et administrer les concours
- Réaliser
- Participer à la création et à l’administration des concours diffusés sur la page FB et Instagram.
- Tenir à jour les statistiques de performance des publications

**B) Exigences de l’emploi (à revoir?)**
- Technique en gestion de commerces ou équivalent
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Bonnes compétences informatiques (interface Windows, Microsoft Office)

**C) Qualités recherchées**
- Excellent sens de la planification et de l’organisation
- Capacité à travailler sous pression, avec des délais serrés
- Excellentes habiletés de communication
- Dynamisme, polyvalence, sens de l’initiative, sens de l’organisation, créativité
- Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies de l’IA
- Bonnes habiletés rédactionnelles en français
- Expérience d’utilisation des outils tels qu’Office 365, Google Drive, Canva, Cyberimpact, Google analytics, OBS et
