**Position Overview**:As a Financial Analyst specializing in bookkeeping and accounting for the restaurants within Vice Regent Hospitality Group, your role will be pivotal in maintaining accurate financial records and driving informed business decisions. We are seeking an individual who possesses strong analytical capabilities to meticulously examine financial data, draw relevant correlations to potential business trends, and address pertinent issues. Your proficiency in translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior management will be essential to the group's success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of historical and current financial data to formulate strategies for optimizing profitability.
- Perform consistent and rigorous evaluation of financial information, utilizing both routine and ad-hoc reports.
- Interpret complex financial data to identify evolving trends, discern patterns, and extract meaningful insights tied to key performance indicators.
- Effectively communicate financial discoveries that highlight business challenges to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or possess equivalent experience.
- Have accumulated 0-3 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis and modelling.
- Demonstrate advanced expertise in Excel, leveraging its capabilities to drive insightful financial analyses.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
