Concrete Foreman

Concrete foreman needed to effectively lead, manage and motivate a crew of 4 to 8 individuals in forming and pouring footings and foundations for custom homes in the GTA and surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

- Must be able to read blueprints with full knowledge of elevations, floor layouts and brick veneer.
- Must be able to lay out footings and foundations square, and follow structural engineered drawings.
- Organize the the workers to keep a clean and safe work environment. Instruct workers on tasks to remain on schedule.
- Inform division manager of material and equipment needed for said project.
- Must be experienced in problem solving and attention to detail is a must.
- Must have minimun of 5 years of Foreman experience.

Pay will be based on experience and the capability of pushing schedule.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42.00-$60.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
