As a key member of the Ace Landscaping Team, the Landscape Team Captain will work in the field. The role will be dynamic, challenging and rewarding, with the opportunity to refine and develop your leadership, problem-solving, communication skills and expertise.

- Perform manual duties for maintaining landscaped environments
- Lead and supervise Teams
- Conduct regular performance reviews for team members to provide feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Interact with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Maintain accountability for project timelines and ensure efficiency
- Perform and delegate yard chores such to maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness
- Competitive wages ($20.00 - $28.00 per hour) depending on qualifications and experience. Full-time Year round, Full-time Seasonal
