**How you can help us**:
As a valuable Snider TLC Landscape Maintenance Team Member, you will be part of a dynamic crew that protects our clients investment of their beautiful properties with professionalism and excellent customer service.

**What You’ll Do**
- Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, weeding and garden clean up and all other lawn maintenance requirements are completed with attention to detail in a professional manner.
- Learn and use all landscape maintenance equipment in an efficient and safe manner as directed by the Crew Leader.
- Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the day and loaded onto the truck and trailer.
- Become familiar with our companies’ expectations for client’s properties.
- Always maintain a positive attitude with customers, supervisors, and other team members.

- Previous Landscape Maintenance experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Experience working with others, meeting deadlines, and completing requirements professionally and accurately the first time.
- Dependable and self-motivated.
- Ability to work outside for long periods at a time, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
- You must be able to lift 50 lbs and be able to work at a fast pace throughout the season.
- This is a full-time, seasonal position. ( Mid March to end of November
- 8 months)
