**Overview**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team. This front-line position provides direct support and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities to live their best life in either a residential or outreach setting. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care through personalized assistance and understanding.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsibilities include supporting all aspects of daily living including some personal care, relationship connections, community access and activities and positive behavior supports. Our mission is to enhance skill development, well-being and resilience.

**Skills**
- Experience working with persons with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Caregiving skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Strong communication skills
- A nurturing attitude combined with the ability to maintain professionalism at all times.

CAFCL offers 1 week on and 1 week off schedules as part time positions. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.48 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
