We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Marketer to join our team. As a Junior Marketer, you will primarily be responsible for managing our social media platforms, assisting with product listings, and contributing to copywriting efforts across various channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain our company's presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and more.
- Create engaging content for social media posts, stories, and reels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Consistently craft compelling and persuasive copy across various marketing channels to engage our audience and drive results.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience daily.
- Assist with the product research, creation, and optimization of product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer demographics to inform marketing initiatives.
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing promotional campaigns and events.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activities using analytics tools.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
- A creative mindset with proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and familiarity with Figma is a major plus.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and experience with product listings is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies is desirable.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, social media management, or copywriting roles is advantageous.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
