Our firm is growing and seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team. If you have 2+ years handling complex family law cases and thrive in a fast-paced and engaging environment, we want to hear from you We are looking to hire as soon as available.

**Responsibilities**:
**Litigation Management**: Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and other related issues, before Superior Court of Justice.

**Drafting and Documentation**:Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other related materials.

**Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about case developments and address any concerns.

**Court Appearances**: Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings with confidence and professionalism.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with associate and legal assistant, and staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: LLB degree from an accredited law school & good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.

**Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Family Law and experience in litigation. Demonstrated success in handling complex family law cases is essential.

**Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal arguments effectively.

**Client-Centric**: Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with empathy.

**Organization**: Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Team Player**: A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with colleagues.
